Course of Legal History 2018 – Italian Criminal Law

O Grupo Interinstitucional em História da Cultura Jurídica (IUS Commune), do Centro de Ciências Jurídicas (CCJ), promove o tradicional Course of Legal History, evento aberto à comunidade acadêmica que discutirá aspectos fundamentais do Direito e Processo Penal italiano, desde suas raízes liberais a seus desdobramentos fascistas. A proposta é aprofundar o debate do tema histórico-jurídico.

Neste ano, o evento intitulado Course of Legal History 2018 – Italian Criminal Law: Key Elements in Contemporary History (1861-1948) acontecerá entre os dias 16 e 18 de abril, no Auditório do CCJ, na UFSC.

Participam do debate os professores: Luigi Lacchè (Università degli Studi di Macerata); Rafael Mafei (Universidade de São Paulo); Ricardo Sontag (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais); Arno Dal Ri Jr. (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina); Diego Nunes (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina).

A participação no evento confere um certificado de 12 horas. Inscrições podem ser feitas por meio do formulário no link. O evento será todo em inglês, sem tradução simultânea.
